The role of Marketing & Analytics Manager is a key hire on our small, high-performing marketing team. In this role, you will focus on creating user acquisition programs, interpreting program results, and optimizing customer acquisition channels. Develop and analyze user-behavior metrics that support data-driven decision making designed to optimize marketing, product, and business decisions. You will develop user-segmentation models and scale marketing campaigns based on quantitative analysis. You will be the expert on measuring the impact of marketing initiatives and identifying cost effective customer acquisition channels.

• Create and rapidly iterate through a strategically chosen set of customer acquisition tests in a variety of mediums - mobile, online, offline and more
• Analyze results and effectiveness of all user acquisition programs
• Conduct analytics-based funnel studies to determine best approach to acquire and retain users
• Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses that translate raw data into actionable insights
• Develop user segmentation models, prioritization and multi-touch contact strategies through user insights and data analysis
• Interpret and present marketing-program performance analysis to key stakeholders to influence strategic data-driven decisions

• Bachelor Degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Proven analytical, quantitative reasoning and strategic skills
• Good communication skills -- must be able to express analytical findings to management team
• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills
• Superior Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Power Point. MYSQL experience and/or experience mining data using BI tools from databases a strong plus
• Experience identifying and defining success metrics, analyzing marketing performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Mobile marketing background is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced, start-up work environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Sense of humor is a must
